Cory W. Ikerd, is the owner of Ikerd Holdings and its subsidiaries, including Five Star Title and Ikerd Development. Cory began to develop his strong work ethic and business acumen at the tender age of eleven while working alongside his Grandparents, Jerry Ikerd and Brenda Ikerd, in their grocery store and local bank.

Cory soon moved on to open a number of his own successful businesses, several of which he still operates to this day, as well as managing Ikerd Properties. He credits his success to his strong belief that for a deal to work, it has to be fair to all parties involved and that a handshake deal is stronger than a 1,000 page contract – two of the many principles his Grandfather shared with him.

By embracing the principles he learned working alongside his Grandfather, Cory has successfully engineered several business dealings, including a number of large-scale deals with national tenants.
